The bright and comfortable living room WITH A/C connects with a terrace that is perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. Each bedroom has a private bath with luxury linens. The master bedroom has a KING bed and an additional sleeping couch for an extra guest as well as a terrace with partial ocean views. The Secondary Bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom. The condo is in beautiful condition, well-stocked, secure and quiet. The pool is amazing, it is hard to tear yourself away from it. The pool area has lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, bar fridge for your cervezas, bathrooms, a community BBQ and beach towels. The condo complex is nice and small and the people that run the place are all very nice. There is a security person at night too. The beach is very close and it is beautiful, lots of beach bars to hang out at or rent a chair and an umbrella for as long as you like. Marie and David were very helpful with arranging our stay and the property manager even stayed longer to greet us at the complex when our plane was delayed. Finally I found Villa Bella Vida, but still our fingers were crossed as we showed up for our week long stay. I can not express how HAPPY we were when we walked threw the front gate! Beautiful very well maintained grounds with fantastic pool and lounging area. The condo was perfect, very tidy with great kitchen and a deck where we spent many many hours overlooking the pool and jungle. This really is the perfect place for families. The pool is ideal for little ones of all ages and levels of swimming. The location of the condo was also perfect for us as we ended up being in Sayulita for one of the busiest times of year! The streets and beaches packed out half way threw our visit but you would never know the craziness was taking place if you just stayed at the condo. Perfectly situated just far enough away from the main square but still only a short walk to both it and the beach. We loved this place! We had this 2 bedroom, 2 bath and shared it with our daughter and son-in-law. The entire place was set up for as much privacy as you wanted if you wanted it. The unit can actually sleep seven people (if you have a large family). There was nothing lacking, including in the kitchen. The housekeeper came in daily and did an excellent job in maintaining the unit. This was a great option for us. The pool is terrific for young kids and we used it every day. The apartment was pretty well child-proof, so we didn't worry about breaking anything or kids getting hurt. The daily maid service was great, they even washed and folded our clothes. The staff of the complex was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations on places to visit, eat, shop, etc. Plenty close to the beach for our needs, though the nicer swimming was closer to town and especially in the Los Muertos beach. Marie Fray was easy to deal with and helpful by email. We would stay here again. The home is huge, and the balconies (all FOUR) look out into this huge tree that was home to giant gorgeous iguanas. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with appliances. The housekeeping is such a treat and combined the front reception, achieves the best parts of a hotel and AirBnB. The location is my favorite part, a quick walk to the best fish tacos (el jackal), sunset beach dining with the freshest seafood (terrazola), and hands down the best yoga and massages next door (hotelito los suenos). The location is close to the North side of the beach, which is less crowded and not so "touristy." In retrospect this is our preferred location since it's walking distance to beach and town, but outside of the major tourist density. Be aware there is no ocean view. If you want to know how big the waves are you'll need to go see for yourself. And sitting out on the balconies (which are nice) is less inviting because the views arn't much (pool area, adjacent roadway and trees) RyanNovember 2018We had a great time viewing the iguanas from the family room deck. This was a great place that was clean and safe and close to town. there was no hill to get there, so a golf cart was not necessary. TyeMarch 2018Lynne's place was spacious, clean, and very convenient being on the 1st level -- with a baby having to go up one flight of stairs is ideal. All condos here require at least one flight of stairs, starting on level 1 up to level 3. If you like a good shower head, she's got one! I would highly recommend Los Almendros and Lynne's place. Its an easy walk (not uphill) to both downtown and the beach. We absolutely LOVED staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat. The space was large, comfortable and well decorated. El departamento es súper grande, estaba muy limpio y nos sorprendió que todas las recámaras tuvieran balcón. Lo mejor es el balcón principal que tiene una gran mesa (en la que desayunamos todos los días) que da hacia el área de la alberca. Las áreas comunes están en excelente estado y la seguridad del edificio es permanente, los guardias de seguridad siempre están al pendiente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del centro de Sayulita pero tiene una playa a tres cuadras con menos personas que la del centro. Mi única recomendación sería que el hospedaje se llamara "Los Almendros" (que es el nombre del condominio) y no sólo "Villa Tranquila" (que es el nombre del departamento en específico).
