Villa Periquito (Little Parrot) is located in the Tabachin Building 3. This first-floor villa is decorated with tasteful Mexican flair.
What makes Villa Periquito a special place to stay?
Each room, living room and bedrooms, have beautiful outdoor terraces and AIR CONDITIONING! The living area has a folding window wall that opens to a terrace overlooking the pool. A wonderful place to sit and have your meals while listening to the little parrots (Periquito's) flying by. For your enjoyment the living room has a smart TV.
The first master bedroom with a king bed with memory foam mattress topper, opens on to a large, shaded, quiet private patio. An elegant space with comfortable furniture, table and bar area, complete with sink and BBQ. If you require a separate bed in this room, we have supplied a twin easy bed. A comfortable self inflating air bed with platform.
The second master has a king pillow top bed and built in twin. It has a small
terrace of its own, with a table for two and a view of the pool.
You can hear the crashing waves from both bedrooms and terraces. Each bedroom has a beautiful en suite bath with custom tile.
The kitchen is ample and fully equipped. Four burner stove with oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, beautiful dishes and glass ware.
The kitchen includes a complete set of pots, pans and cutlery if you like to cook. The in kitchen dining island with 6 comfortable bar stools gives you plenty of room to prepare food, dine in or hang out with the cook.
For the beach, Villa Periquito provides two large beach umbrellas, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and several other folding chairs.
Periquito currently has high speed WiFi internet. Allowing you a working vacation if you require it.
No dishwasher, but with every other day maid service, you do not need it!
Follow the winding path to Villa Periquito. First floor of building three with an ELEVATOR! No need to carry your things up the stairs.

This place was amazing! So much space for the 4 of us to enjoy. The extra outdoor area in the back is an aweosme bonus. Beds were super comfy and showers were great. Close to a quiet area of the beach but still walkable to town. Highly recommend!

Better than we imagined. Close enough to town but away from the noise and congestion. Nice big pool. Lots of amenities. Will return if we have an opportunity. Stay two weeks!!! Not one like us.

Nice place. A couple of blocks from the beach. Pool was lovely but a bit chilly for kids (but it was December!) place had everything you’d need with a lot of different spaces to hang out or eat. The pizza place nearby was quite good and the turtle sanctuary was within walking distance on the beach (or quick drive if you rent a cart). Los muertos was a nice walk down the big beach and over a small hill.

Bernardo’s place is amazing. The pool is immaculate and the location is great if you are seeking peace and quiet. Great place for families and it was always sparkling clean. The concierge was very helpful and the nearby restaurants are all good. I would definitely stay at Los Almendros again!

I stayed here with my family (there was 5 of us) for a long weekend in Sayulita, and this condo was perfect. It was on the north side of town (which is quieter), and a short walk to the center of town and the beach. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Bernardo replied to any questions we had before and during our trip quickly. I'd definitely recommend this condo to other families or small groups looking for a beautiful place to stay in Sayulita.

As a mom traveling with a young child, this was the best place to stay. The pool was great, as was the location. Quiet but close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. Having filtered water and laundry were big bonuses. Overall, so beautiful. And choosing the transport to and from the airport made everything so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Look no farther, this rental is PERFECT! We originally were staying in central Sayulita and hated it. It was noisy, kept us up all night and stinky! North Sayulita ended up being our favorite. There's still a lot going on but it's quiet, chill and hip feeling (also the beach in this area is way less hectic and less crowded). The condo itself is a dream! Beautifully decorated, clean (daily maid service), there's nothing I would change about the place. We ended up loving just relaxing and hanging out in the condo because it felt so serene. The location was perfect, no hills and walkable to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. I thought I really wanted a stand alone house but this condo proved to be better. The pool was way bigger than any stand alone house and you can't beat having maid service and a receptionist if you need help! Although there's no ocean view the view out the front patio was beautiful!! Lastly, the kitchen has purified water, two thumbs up from us!

It was on the north side of town (which is quieter), and a short walk to the center of town and the beach. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Bernardo replied to any questions we had before and during our trip quickly. I'd definitely recommend this condo to other families or small groups looking for a beautiful place to stay in Sayulita. Having filtered water and laundry were big bonuses. Overall, so beautiful. And choosing the transport to and from the airport made everything so easy. I would definitely stay here again. KellyFebruary 2018 Look no farther, this rental is PERFECT! We originally were staying in central Sayulita and hated it. It was noisy, kept us up all night and stinky! North Sayulita ended up being our favorite. There's still a lot going on but it's quiet, chill and hip feeling (also the beach in this area is way less hectic and less crowded). The condo itself is a dream! Beautifully decorated, clean (daily maid service), there's nothing I would change about the place. We ended up loving just relaxing and hanging out in the condo because it felt so serene. The location was perfect, no hills and walkable to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. I thought I really wanted a stand alone house but this condo proved to be better. The pool was way bigger than any stand alone house and you can't beat having maid service and a receptionist if you need help! Although there's no ocean view the view out the front patio was beautiful!! Everything was perfect. The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, including washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins (which can be made up as a king). The two bathrooms are quite nice - lovely tile work and dual hand painted basins in each. There is an outdoor terrace overlooking the gorgeous pool and beautifully maintained grounds. The villa is fully air conditioned, though we didn't need to use the AC while we were there. The ceiling fans in each room were sufficient to keep the unit very comfortable. There is daily maid service, except on Sunday. Wifi and cable TV are included. It is an easy five-minute walk to the nearest beach on the north end of town (much nicer than the more crowded town beach), and it is a 10 minute walk into town. We were close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, night life, center of town, and shops. The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the company of other guests. The place felt safe and always had security present. The staff was accommodating and helped us set up a golf cart to cruise through town-although you can walk without a problem. I will definitely be coming back!!! JonJune 2017 This condo worked great for our family for our recent trip to Sayulita. It's located just north of downtown Sayulita about a 10 min walk to the center of the town. You can walk to the beach in about 5 min. The condo itself is very spacious with comfortable beds, a good layout and a great outdoor living area overlooking the pool. This was great so we could be upstairs and keep an eye on the kids down in the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others with or without kids. There seemed to be a good mix of families and couples staying in the 26 or so units that make up the complex. HollyJune 2017 This condo is very well appointed and has nice touches. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the big patio for relaxing. The location is NOT in the noisy part of town - but still an easy (flat) walk to the heart of Sayulita - maybe 5 or 7 minutes. There are also many restaurants and bars closer than that, and a little more tranquil since they're not on the main streets. The daily housekeeping was also a big bonus! As was the air conditioning. For anyone who decides to rent this unit - congratulations! One small word of advice: the fridge gets really cold, like freeze your food cold, so make sure you turn it down to 3/4 when you arrive. The pool is ideal for little ones of all ages and levels of swimming. The location of the condo was also perfect for us as we ended up being in Sayulita for one of the busiest times of year! The streets and beaches packed out half way threw our visit but you would never know the craziness was taking place if you just stayed at the condo. Perfectly situated just far enough away from the main square but still only a short walk to both it and the beach. We loved this place! The housekeeper came in daily and did an excellent job in maintaining the unit. This was a great option for us. The pool is terrific for young kids and we used it every day. The apartment was pretty well child-proof, so we didn't worry about breaking anything or kids getting hurt. The daily maid service was great, they even washed and folded our clothes. The staff of the complex was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations on places to visit, eat, shop, etc. Plenty close to the beach for our needs, though the nicer swimming was closer to town and especially in the Los Muertos beach. The home is huge, and the balconies (all FOUR) look out into this huge tree that was home to giant gorgeous iguanas. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with appliances. The housekeeping is such a treat and combined the front reception, achieves the best parts of a hotel and AirBnB. The location is my favorite part, a quick walk to the best fish tacos (el jackal), sunset beach dining with the freshest seafood (terrazola), and hands down the best yoga and massages next door (hotelito los suenos). The location is close to the North side of the beach, which is less crowded and not so "touristy." In retrospect this is our preferred location since it's walking distance to beach and town, but outside of the major tourist density. Be aware there is no ocean view. If you want to know how big the waves are you'll need to go see for yourself. And sitting out on the balconies (which are nice) is less inviting because the views arn't much (pool area, adjacent roadway and trees) RyanNovember 2018We had a great time viewing the iguanas from the family room deck. This was a great place that was clean and safe and close to town. there was no hill to get there, so a golf cart was not necessary. TyeMarch 2018Lynne's place was spacious, clean, and very convenient being on the 1st level -- with a baby having to go up one flight of stairs is ideal. All condos here require at least one flight of stairs, starting on level 1 up to level 3. If you like a good shower head, she's got one! I would highly recommend Los Almendros and Lynne's place. I would also recommend a golf cart. It came in very handy during our stay. Thanks Lynne! RaleighMarch 2018Villa Tranquila was the PERFECT place to stay for our visit to Sayulita. Its an easy walk (not uphill) to both downtown and the beach. We absolutely LOVED staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat. The space was large, comfortable and well decorated. The photos don't capture the 'feeling' of the unit and area as a whole. We loved our stay, appreciated the daily cleaning service and were grateful for the variety of balconies which allowed us to have some quiet time or share a snack and a visit together. The location was perfect for avoiding the noise of downtown but still having easy, walk-able access to everything. We will be back! Hay lugares muy lindos para cenar o tomar una copa en mood tranquilo a 2 calles de ahí. En la noche se esta muy bien en el balcón y el complejo de condominos en general es muy lindo y limpio. El único “pero” que tuve y que solo porque tengo el sueño muy ligero es que en una de las tres habitaciones hay un sonido interminable de lo que parece una bomba de agua, pero bueno, es un dato que me hubiera gustado saber ya que tampoco es un lugar barato. Muy adecuado para familias con y sin niños. ConstanzaJuly 2019Fue un hospedaje encantador. Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos y de lo que muestran las fotos. El departamento es súper grande, estaba muy limpio y nos sorprendió que todas las recámaras tuvieran balcón. Lo mejor es el balcón principal que tiene una gran mesa (en la que desayunamos todos los días) que da hacia el área de la alberca. Las áreas comunes están en excelente estado y la seguridad del edificio es permanente, los guardias de seguridad siempre están al pendiente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del centro de Sayulita pero tiene una playa a tres cuadras con menos personas que la del centro. Mi única recomendación sería que el hospedaje se llamara "Los Almendros" (que es el nombre del condominio) y no sólo "Villa Tranquila" (que es el nombre del departamento en específico).
