Villa Quetzali (Quetzal Bird) is located on the first floor of the Higuera Building 5. This beautifully recently updated villa has many upgrades like A/C in though out the apt. Master Bedroom with a king size bed and an extra twin bed and a Secondary Bedroom with two twin beds and an extra built in bed for additional sleeping. Two spacious full bathrooms. This unit has a smart tv and dvd. Personal Fiber Otic WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. In the mornings wake up to the sound of the birds and stroll out onto the balcony right off the the living room. This unit is next to Villa Tranquila. First floor left.

Ours was a vacation that began as a comedy of errors through thr fault of no one. Thankfully, Bernardo's place was what we needed for some r&r as our kids recovered from illness (began feeling sick on the plane). There was plenty of space for us to relax, a pool and lovely restaurants nearby. Went hiking quite a lot and quick jaunts to town (and the pharmacy). We will stay again!

Sayulita was a fantastic vacation for our family and Villa Quetzali felt like a home away from home. Close to downtown, clean, safe, and stylish. The combination of Bernardo's transport recommendations and the assistance from the onsite management made for a stress free week. We highly recommend Villa Quetzali!

I would definitely recommend Los Almendros and this specific condo. It is on the highest level but there is an elevator and it's worth the great view. I have zero complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival. This place was gorgeous with plenty of room for five people. Quiet neighborhood, a 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to plaza Sayulita, 5 minute walk to the hippie market where you can buy all your souvenirs. Definitely adding this place to my favorites.

We had a marvelous time at the this well done small resort. It has a hometown vibe in Mexico. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. Daily, we had a cleaning service, plenty of towels, and a no-hassle comfy safe feeling in our condo. It's a short walk t the beach, and you can get just about anything you would need delivered to the resort.

This is a great place to set your home base while enjoying Sayulita! The pool is the best I saw while there. The home was clean and well furnished and very comfortable for my family of 4. I'll miss having breakfast on the balcony with it's beautiful view of the pool and iguanas in trees across the way. Jessica was incredibly helpful, all the staff were very friendly and you can see work hard to keep the property clean, safe and comfortable. A few minute walk to the ocean where it's much less busy than the main beach was great. Walk into the middle of town didn't take much time either but we did end up renting a golf cart after a day to make things easier with the kids and beach gear. Overall we had an excellent trip and will be back someday!

My family and I love this place... It's at walking distance of all the places. It's very clean and staff are super friendly. The town is beautiful and relaxing! The food is great all across town. We are definitely planning our next trip back.

From the professional airport pick-up service (with advance request), to the warm welcome at check-in we enjoyed our spacious villa and veranda overlooking the pool. With the daily maid service, clean fresh linens, friendly staff, manicured landscaping and sparkling pool – the Moller family hosts a welcoming and safe haven to stay while visiting the enchanting town of Sayulita. North Sayulita ended up being our favorite. There's still a lot going on but it's quiet, chill and hip feeling (also the beach in this area is way less hectic and less crowded). The condo itself is a dream! Beautifully decorated, clean (daily maid service), there's nothing I would change about the place. We ended up loving just relaxing and hanging out in the condo because it felt so serene. The location was perfect, no hills and walkable to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. I thought I really wanted a stand alone house but this condo proved to be better. The pool was way bigger than any stand alone house and you can't beat having maid service and a receptionist if you need help! The ceiling fans in each room were sufficient to keep the unit very comfortable. There is daily maid service, except on Sunday. Wifi and cable TV are included. It is an easy five-minute walk to the nearest beach on the north end of town (much nicer than the more crowded town beach), and it is a 10 minute walk into town. You can walk to the beach in about 5 min. The condo itself is very spacious with comfortable beds, a good layout and a great outdoor living area overlooking the pool. This was great so we could be upstairs and keep an eye on the kids down in the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others with or without kids. The location is NOT in the noisy part of town - but still an easy (flat) walk to the heart of Sayulita - maybe 5 or 7 minutes. There are also many restaurants and bars closer than that, and a little more tranquil since they're not on the main streets. The daily housekeeping was also a big bonus! As was the air conditioning. For anyone who decides to rent this unit - congratulations! One small word of advice: the fridge gets really cold, like freeze your food cold, so make sure you turn it down to 3/4 when you arrive. El departamento es súper grande, estaba muy limpio y nos sorprendió que todas las recámaras tuvieran balcón. Lo mejor es el balcón principal que tiene una gran mesa (en la que desayunamos todos los días) que da hacia el área de la alberca. Las áreas comunes están en excelente estado y la seguridad del edificio es permanente, los guardias de seguridad siempre están al pendiente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del centro de Sayulita pero tiene una playa a tres cuadras con menos personas que la del centro. Mi única recomendación sería que el hospedaje se llamara "Los Almendros" (que es el nombre del condominio) y no sólo "Villa Tranquila" (que es el nombre del departamento en específico).
