Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony as well as a large terrace off the main and beautifully decorated living area with private Fiber Optic WiFi internet connection. Master Bedroom has a KING size bed and an extra TWIN bed. Second Bedroom has TWINS twins that can be placed together and form a KING and Third bedroom has a KING size bed. This unit has a plasma SMART tv with dvd. This unit is next to Villa Corazon. First floor right.

This was such an incredible stay. The home is huge, and the balconies (all FOUR) look out into this huge tree that was home to giant gorgeous iguanas. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with appliances. The housekeeping is such a treat and combined the front reception, achieves the best parts of a hotel and AirBnB. The location is my favorite part, a quick walk to the best fish tacos (el jackal), sunset beach dining with the freshest seafood (terrazola), and hands down the best yoga and massages next door (hotelito los suenos). The pool was perfect for my kids and the few other guests we met quickly became friends! Thank you Lynne!

This was a great place to stay at in Sayulita. Plenty of space for two families with 3 kids total, great pool, easy walk to the beach and to town, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Also- it was easy to communicate through the app, and always received a quick response.

This is a lovely, family friendly condo. Some of the highlights are close proximity to the beach, the multiple iguanas living in the tree next to the patio and air conditioned rooms. The staff on site are excellent whenever we had problems. The pool is kids friendly but a little warm in the summer.

We had a great stay! House was perfect for two small families with toddlers. The pool has a shallow area that is so great for kids! Staff is very helpful, security guard in the evenings, cleaning service. Location is great, close to town but also very quiet. The villa was decorated so cute, very spacious, had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Lynne's place was perfect for a group looking to explore Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta. Extremely comfortable for our group of five, easily walkable to town and the beach, and not lacking in any amenity. I would certainly stay here again!

We had a great stay overall. The place was comfortable, well appointed & clean. Nice bathrooms. Decent WiFi. Good kitchen set up w/everything you need. Tho the BBQ's are not very close and require charcoal. The pool is quiet and nice. The beds were great. Tons of towels. Everything works well - very well maintained! The staff are efficient and courteous. The location is close to the North side of the beach, which is less crowded and not so "touristy." In retrospect this is our preferred location since it's walking distance to beach and town, but outside of the major tourist density. Be aware there is no ocean view. If you want to know how big the waves are you'll need to go see for yourself. And sitting out on the balconies (which are nice) is less inviting because the views arn't much (pool area, adjacent roadway and trees)

We had a great time viewing the iguanas from the family room deck. This was a great place that was clean and safe and close to town. there was no hill to get there, so a golf cart was not necessary.

Lynne's place was spacious, clean, and very convenient being on the 1st level -- with a baby having to go up one flight of stairs is ideal. All condos here require at least one flight of stairs, starting on level 1 up to level 3. If you like a good shower head, she's got one! I would highly recommend Los Almendros and Lynne's place. I would also recommend a golf cart. It came in very handy during our stay. Thanks Lynne!

Villa Tranquila was the PERFECT place to stay for our visit to Sayulita. Its an easy walk (not uphill) to both downtown and the beach. We absolutely LOVED staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat. The space was large, comfortable and well decorated. Lynne was also an extremely communicative host. All and all, a WONDERFUL experience.

WOW! this place looks exactly like the photos yet somehow was also way nicer than we expected. The photos don't capture the 'feeling' of the unit and area as a whole. We loved our stay, appreciated the daily cleaning service and were grateful for the variety of balconies which allowed us to have some quiet time or share a snack and a visit together. The location was perfect for avoiding the noise of downtown but still having easy, walk-able access to everything. We will be back!

El departamento está más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos, muy limpio en general, está en una zona más privada de Sayulita lo cual es un plus para mi al menos, ya que la playa está más limpia, menos gente, caminando al centro son 10 minutos, sin complicaciones. Hay lugares muy lindos para cenar o tomar una copa en mood tranquilo a 2 calles de ahí. En la noche se esta muy bien en el balcón y el complejo de condominos en general es muy lindo y limpio. El único “pero” que tuve y que solo porque tengo el sueño muy ligero es que en una de las tres habitaciones hay un sonido interminable de lo que parece una bomba de agua, pero bueno, es un dato que me hubiera gustado saber ya que tampoco es un lugar barato. Muy adecuado para familias con y sin niños.

Fue un hospedaje encantador. Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos y de lo que muestran las fotos. El departamento es súper grande, estaba muy limpio y nos sorprendió que todas las recámaras tuvieran balcón. Lo mejor es el balcón principal que tiene una gran mesa (en la que desayunamos todos los días) que da hacia el área de la alberca. Las áreas comunes están en excelente estado y la seguridad del edificio es permanente, los guardias de seguridad siempre están al pendiente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del centro de Sayulita pero tiene una playa a tres cuadras con menos personas que la del centro. Mi única recomendación sería que el hospedaje se llamara "Los Almendros" (que es el nombre del condominio) y no sólo "Villa Tranquila" (que es el nombre del departamento en específico). Para que fuera más sencillo de encontrar.

A few minute walk to the ocean where it's much less busy than the main beach was great. KellyFebruary 2018 Look no farther, this rental is PERFECT! We originally were staying in central Sayulita and hated it. It was noisy, kept us up all night and stinky! North Sayulita ended up being our favorite. There's still a lot going on but it's quiet, chill and hip feeling (also the beach in this area is way less hectic and less crowded). The condo itself is a dream! Beautifully decorated, clean (daily maid service), there's nothing I would change about the place. We ended up loving just relaxing and hanging out in the condo because it felt so serene. The location was perfect, no hills and walkable to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. I thought I really wanted a stand alone house but this condo proved to be better. The pool was way bigger than any stand alone house and you can't beat having maid service and a receptionist if you need help! Although there's no ocean view the view out the front patio was beautiful!! One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins (which can be made up as a king). The two bathrooms are quite nice - lovely tile work and dual hand painted basins in each. The ceiling fans in each room were sufficient to keep the unit very comfortable. There is daily maid service, except on Sunday. Wifi and cable TV are included. It is an easy five-minute walk to the nearest beach on the north end of town (much nicer than the more crowded town beach), and it is a 10 minute walk into town. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the company of other guests. The place felt safe and always had security present. JonJune 2017 This condo worked great for our family for our recent trip to Sayulita. It's located just north of downtown Sayulita about a 10 min walk to the center of the town. You can walk to the beach in about 5 min. The condo itself is very spacious with comfortable beds, a good layout and a great outdoor living area overlooking the pool. This was great so we could be upstairs and keep an eye on the kids down in the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others with or without kids. There seemed to be a good mix of families and couples staying in the 26 or so units that make up the complex. HollyJune 2017 This condo is very well appointed and has nice touches. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the big patio for relaxing. The location is NOT in the noisy part of town - but still an easy (flat) walk to the heart of Sayulita - maybe 5 or 7 minutes. There are also many restaurants and bars closer than that, and a little more tranquil since they're not on the main streets. The daily housekeeping was also a big bonus! As was the air conditioning. For anyone who decides to rent this unit - congratulations! One small word of advice: the fridge gets really cold, like freeze your food cold, so make sure you turn it down to 3/4 when you arrive. This was a great option for us. The pool is terrific for young kids and we used it every day. Some of the highlights are close proximity to the beach, the multiple iguanas living in the tree next to the patio and air conditioned rooms. The staff on site are excellent whenever we had problems. The location is close to the North side of the beach, which is less crowded and not so "touristy." In retrospect this is our preferred location since it's walking distance to beach and town, but outside of the major tourist density. Be aware there is no ocean view. If you want to know how big the waves are you'll need to go see for yourself. And sitting out on the balconies (which are nice) is less inviting because the views arn't much (pool area, adjacent roadway and trees) RyanNovember 2018We had a great time viewing the iguanas from the family room deck. This was a great place that was clean and safe and close to town. there was no hill to get there, so a golf cart was not necessary. TyeMarch 2018Lynne's place was spacious, clean, and very convenient being on the 1st level -- with a baby having to go up one flight of stairs is ideal. All condos here require at least one flight of stairs, starting on level 1 up to level 3. If you like a good shower head, she's got one! I would highly recommend Los Almendros and Lynne's place. Its an easy walk (not uphill) to both downtown and the beach. We absolutely LOVED staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat. The space was large, comfortable and well decorated. El único “pero” que tuve y que solo porque tengo el sueño muy ligero es que en una de las tres habitaciones hay un sonido interminable de lo que parece una bomba de agua, pero bueno, es un dato que me hubiera gustado saber ya que tampoco es un lugar barato. El departamento es súper grande, estaba muy limpio y nos sorprendió que todas las recámaras tuvieran balcón. Lo mejor es el balcón principal que tiene una gran mesa (en la que desayunamos todos los días) que da hacia el área de la alberca. Las áreas comunes están en excelente estado y la seguridad del edificio es permanente, los guardias de seguridad siempre están al pendiente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del centro de Sayulita pero tiene una playa a tres cuadras con menos personas que la del centro. Mi única recomendación sería que el hospedaje se llamara "Los Almendros" (que es el nombre del condominio) y no sólo "Villa Tranquila" (que es el nombre del departamento en específico).
