(Plus some things you might not have even known you wanted!) A 3BR, 3BA home with a luxury gourmet kitchen, and an entire upstairs open seating area for dining, grilling (and hot tubbing) means you never need for anything. The pool is (from all reports) the very biggest in Sayulita, with two separate areas great for toddlers and youth, with plenty of room for the adults as well. Just a short walk from the beach and downtown, Cielito Lindo also has a private elevator, daily housekeeping and beautiful appointments all over. The pool is perfect for kids as there are shallow sections that they can stand in. The complex is about a 7 minute walk from town so just far away that it’s not too busy around the building but close enough to get groceries or go out to dinner. Beach access is super close also. We didn’t rent a golf cart as it was an easy walk. The condo is well equipped with all the kitchen items needed, towels and laundry. It was lovely to eat outside and enjoy the birds and iguanas in the tree out the patio. We would definitely recommend Los Alemandros to anyone looking to stay in Sayulita. Definitely adding this place to my favorites. EmilyJanuary 2018 We had a marvelous time at the this well done small resort. It has a hometown vibe in Mexico. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. Daily, we had a cleaning service, plenty of towels, and a no-hassle comfy safe feeling in our condo. It's a short walk t the beach, and you can get just about anything you would need delivered to the resort. MattJanuary 2018 This is a great place to set your home base while enjoying Sayulita! The pool is the best I saw while there. The home was clean and well furnished and very comfortable for my family of 4. I'll miss having breakfast on the balcony with it's beautiful view of the pool and iguanas in trees across the way. Jessica was incredibly helpful, all the staff were very friendly and you can see work hard to keep the property clean, safe and comfortable. A few minute walk to the ocean where it's much less busy than the main beach was great. Walk into the middle of town didn't take much time either but we did end up renting a golf cart after a day to make things easier with the kids and beach gear. From the professional airport pick-up service (with advance request), to the warm welcome at check-in we enjoyed our spacious villa and veranda overlooking the pool. With the daily maid service, clean fresh linens, friendly staff, manicured landscaping and sparkling pool – the Moller family hosts a welcoming and safe haven to stay while visiting the enchanting town of Sayulita. We enjoyed our daily two block walk to the beach and short walks into town for lunch and dinner – always happy to fall back into our villa for an afternoon siesta and swim in the pool before our stroll to beach to watch the evening sunsets. This first-floor villa is decorated with tasteful Mexican flair. What makes Villa Periquito a special place to stay?Each room, living room and bedrooms, have beautiful outdoor terraces and AIR CONDITIONING! The living area has a folding window wall that opens to a terrace overlooking the pool. A wonderful place to sit and have your meals while listening to the little parrots (Periquito's) flying by. For your enjoyment the living room has a smart TV. The first master bedroom with a king bed with memory foam mattress topper, opens on to a large, shaded, quiet private patio. An elegant space with comfortable furniture, table and bar area, complete with sink and BBQ. If you require a separate bed in this room, we have supplied a twin easy bed. KellyFebruary 2018 Look no farther, this rental is PERFECT! We originally were staying in central Sayulita and hated it. It was noisy, kept us up all night and stinky! North Sayulita ended up being our favorite. There's still a lot going on but it's quiet, chill and hip feeling (also the beach in this area is way less hectic and less crowded). The condo itself is a dream! Beautifully decorated, clean (daily maid service), there's nothing I would change about the place. We ended up loving just relaxing and hanging out in the condo because it felt so serene. The location was perfect, no hills and walkable to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. I thought I really wanted a stand alone house but this condo proved to be better. The pool was way bigger than any stand alone house and you can't beat having maid service and a receptionist if you need help! Although there's no ocean view the view out the front patio was beautiful!! Everything was perfect. The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, including washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins (which can be made up as a king). The two bathrooms are quite nice - lovely tile work and dual hand painted basins in each. There is an outdoor terrace overlooking the gorgeous pool and beautifully maintained grounds. The villa is fully air conditioned, though we didn't need to use the AC while we were there. The ceiling fans in each room were sufficient to keep the unit very comfortable. There is daily maid service, except on Sunday. Wifi and cable TV are included. It is an easy five-minute walk to the nearest beach on the north end of town (much nicer than the more crowded town beach), and it is a 10 minute walk into town. We were close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, night life, center of town, and shops. The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the company of other guests. The place felt safe and always had security present. JonJune 2017 This condo worked great for our family for our recent trip to Sayulita. It's located just north of downtown Sayulita about a 10 min walk to the center of the town. You can walk to the beach in about 5 min. The condo itself is very spacious with comfortable beds, a good layout and a great outdoor living area overlooking the pool. This was great so we could be upstairs and keep an eye on the kids down in the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others with or without kids. There seemed to be a good mix of families and couples staying in the 26 or so units that make up the complex. HollyJune 2017 This condo is very well appointed and has nice touches. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the big patio for relaxing. The location is NOT in the noisy part of town - but still an easy (flat) walk to the heart of Sayulita - maybe 5 or 7 minutes. There are also many restaurants and bars closer than that, and a little more tranquil since they're not on the main streets. The daily housekeeping was also a big bonus! As was the air conditioning. For anyone who decides to rent this unit - congratulations! One small word of advice: the fridge gets really cold, like freeze your food cold, so make sure you turn it down to 3/4 when you arrive. The pool is ideal for little ones of all ages and levels of swimming. The location of the condo was also perfect for us as we ended up being in Sayulita for one of the busiest times of year! The streets and beaches packed out half way threw our visit but you would never know the craziness was taking place if you just stayed at the condo. Perfectly situated just far enough away from the main square but still only a short walk to both it and the beach. We loved this place! The housekeeper came in daily and did an excellent job in maintaining the unit. This was a great option for us. The pool is terrific for young kids and we used it every day. The apartment was pretty well child-proof, so we didn't worry about breaking anything or kids getting hurt. The daily maid service was great, they even washed and folded our clothes. The staff of the complex was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations on places to visit, eat, shop, etc. Plenty close to the beach for our needs, though the nicer swimming was closer to town and especially in the Los Muertos beach. The location is my favorite part, a quick walk to the best fish tacos (el jackal), sunset beach dining with the freshest seafood (terrazola), and hands down the best yoga and massages next door (hotelito los suenos). If you want to know how big the waves are you'll need to go see for yourself. This was a great place that was clean and safe and close to town. there was no hill to get there, so a golf cart was not necessary. All condos here require at least one flight of stairs, starting on level 1 up to level 3. If you like a good shower head, she's got one! I would highly recommend Los Almendros and Lynne's place. El departamento es súper grande, estaba muy limpio y nos sorprendió que todas las recámaras tuvieran balcón. Lo mejor es el balcón principal que tiene una gran mesa (en la que desayunamos todos los días) que da hacia el área de la alberca. Las áreas comunes están en excelente estado y la seguridad del edificio es permanente, los guardias de seguridad siempre están al pendiente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del centro de Sayulita pero tiene una playa a tres cuadras con menos personas que la del centro. Mi única recomendación sería que el hospedaje se llamara "Los Almendros" (que es el nombre del condominio) y no sólo "Villa Tranquila" (que es el nombre del departamento en específico). The remarkable pool, recently enhanced further by the installation of a heater/cooler system, has been designed to accommodate all needs and ages and includes a jacuzzi-type section as well as two areas for small children. Surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, the area also features a shady palapa section and barbecue.The office staff is available throughout the day, and there is a security guard on duty all night. The condo provides a safe for valuables, and maid service is available every other day except on Sunday and some holidays.
